This is not a course where you’ll need to spend hours watching a bunch of videos and then try to implement it all by yourself.
Selfcare Makeover is a LIVE and interactive experience.
Weekly Live Session
We’ll have a group session once per week live on Zoom.
Get out of the mindset that this is going to be yet another thing on your already packed schedule. This is going to be self-care in itself!
This is an opportunity for you to relax and practice self-care. You don’t have to be ‘on’ and you don’t even need to take notes if you don’t want to.
The sessions will be recorded in case you can’t make it live and so you can rewatch the sessions whenever you wish. Whilst I understand if you can’t make it live every week, I strongly encourage you to do so.
Remember, Selfcare Makeover is all about teaching you how to prioritise your self-care, your wellbeing and the things that are important to you.
You’ll have all the support you need between sessions to help you make this a habit. Setting good intentions is fantastic. But sticking to them can be tricky especially when the pressures of daily life start to get in the way.
Even when things (inevitably) become busy, you’ll have the support you need to ensure your self-care routine is not the thing that suffers and gets put on the back burner!
